I had high hopes for our stay, but the resort was more worn than luxurious, with disappointing customer service. While the upgraded room was positive, many amenities fell short, like the pool's outdated furniture and the overall dining experience. The beach access and shuttle services were underexplained, and the wifi issues were frustrating. However, there were also moments of charm in certain restaurants and the surroundings, but it didn't live up to the luxury experience advertised.

My stay was quite mixed at this hotel. While the beautiful design and fantastic service from Pisit and his team were highlights, there were certain aspects such as cleanliness and room service that left a lot to be desired. The location near Surin beach was perfect for access to local restaurants, and the shuttle service to other beaches was a nice touch. However, considering the high price, I expected a bit more attention to detail and maintenance.
